We hired Danielle after a catastrophic failure of our furnace caused multiple pipes to burst on both floors of a rental property. The damage was 100% including such great things as warping of the floor and stairs. Danielle is very professional and friendly. Danielle is also very quick and listened to our goals and provided multiple design solutions including a small addition and kitchen expansion. Danielle worked the project from the start and moved the project through the planning stages to the city approval of plans to working directly with the contractors though completion. If issues came up or changes needed to be made Danielle handled them and she is highly recommended.

After a flash flood ripped through the lower level of my house in 2023, I hired Danielle to rearchitect the space into a massive master suite for me. Some people know what they want, and I am not among them. I had no idea what to do or how to move forward and Danielle held my hand through the design and planning process, overcoming every twist and turn that my 50 year old house threw her way (and there were plenty!). She worked directly with my general contractor in stunning fashion, and everything went so well that instead of just remodeling the lower level, I decided to do the entire interior of my home (two floors). I now have a fully renovated home that I love, and even more importantly, a home that I trust is done to the highest standards. I'm grateful that Danielle was recommended to me and recommend her wholeheartedly and without hesitation. Danielle will be the first one that I call if ever I need another architect. Danielle’s architectural work on our ADU was exceptional. She listened to us and delivered a design that exceeded our expectations. I’m a General Contractor and have subsequently turned to Danielle for several new projects. She is very knowledgeable of building codes and permitting, and does a great job of keeping projects on track. These are just some of the reasons she is in high demand.

Danielle was a pleasure to work with. Her skill, experience, responsiveness, and great listening and collaboration helped our whole-house remodel come to fruition on a tight budget. She pivoted gracefully with us as we changed up our plans midway through the work from popping the top of our ranch to a small addition. Her leadership and guidance set us up very well to work with our engineers, planners, and contractor and ensure we had thought through all the details. From initial drawings to permitting and design, her professionalism, personal connection, and support were absolutely top notch!

Working with Danielle couldn’t have been more rewarding. Danielle was exceptional to work with. Our project was complicated as we were adding a 2 car garage + apartment above (ADU) to our existing 1887 house. The existing house is designated as historical and Danielle's advice on navigating getting approval from the historical board was perfect. There were a lot of complexities with attaching the new structure/ADU to the historical building and Danielle navigated these without any issues. There were also severe constraints on the available land we could build on and the required setbacks. Danielle solved all the issues and had the city approve everything the first time we asked. We would highly recommend Danielle.
